The Stretch Limousine Experience

Our classic stretch limousine seats up to 10 and remains the most-requested vehicle for wedding parties. Mood lighting, a privacy divider, and a sound system set the tone as you move between ceremony, photos, and reception. It's also simply the vehicle people expect to see — pulling up in a stretch limo still gets the reaction every bride and groom hope for.

Bridal Party & Getaway Car

Most couples book us for two key moments: transporting the bridal party from getting-ready locations to the ceremony and reception venue, and the getaway car at the end of the night. We can also provide a separate luxury sedan for the couple specifically, distinct from the larger bridal party vehicle, for a more intimate exit.

Guest Shuttles for Out-of-Town Family

If you have guests flying in or staying at a hotel away from the venue, our Sprinter van service can shuttle guests between the hotel, ceremony, and reception throughout the evening — removing the need for guests to arrange their own transportation or worry about parking.

Decoration & Personalization

We can arrange tasteful decoration for your vehicle, including ribbon detailing and "Just Married" signage for the getaway car. Let us know your preferences and color scheme when you book, and we'll coordinate the details ahead of your day.

Booking Timeline for Your Wedding

Wedding season in Toronto — particularly May through October — books up quickly. We recommend reserving your wedding transportation 3 to 6 months in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle and date. That said, if your wedding is coming up sooner, contact us directly; we accommodate shorter timelines whenever availability allows.

If you're working with a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, we're happy to liaise directly with them on timing, venue logistics, and any last-minute schedule adjustments — so transportation is one less thing on your own mental checklist for the day.

Many Toronto weddings need more than one vehicle. A common structure we coordinate: a luxury sedan for the bride's arrival at the ceremony, a stretch limousine for the full bridal party afterward, and a Sprinter van for parents or out-of-town family between the hotel and venue. We plan the timing of each vehicle around your photographer's schedule and ceremony start time, so nothing overlaps and nobody is left waiting.

Photography Stops & Scenic Routes

If your photographer has planned stops at scenic locations around Toronto — the Distillery District, High Park, or the waterfront, for example — let us know in advance. We'll build those stops into the booking and account for the added time, rather than rushing the bridal party between locations on a tight schedule that wasn't communicated ahead of time.

Rehearsal Dinners & Welcome Events

Beyond the wedding day itself, many couples also book transportation for the rehearsal dinner or a welcome event for out-of-town guests the evening before. This is often handled as a separate, smaller booking — typically a luxury sedan or executive SUV rather than the full stretch limousine reserved for the main event.

Winter weddings require extra planning around weather and road conditions, and our chauffeurs are experienced navigating GTA winter driving safely. Spring weddings often coincide with prom season demand, so booking early helps secure your preferred vehicle.

We've provided transportation for weddings at venues throughout Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, and surrounding areas, from downtown hotel ballrooms to countryside estates outside the city. Each venue has its own logistics — some have limited vehicle access or specific drop-off points for large vehicles like our stretch limousine. We understand that on a wedding day, "running a few minutes behind" isn't a minor inconvenience — it can shift an entire timeline of vendors, photographers, and guests.
